Currency
All prices are quoted in Canadian currency.
Taxes
5% GST will be added to all orders when buying in Canada.
All sales in Quebec are subject to GST (5%) and QST (7.5%)
Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
There are no taxes applied to sales outside of Canada.
Shipping
We use Canada Post Service and there are two delivery options: Standard and Express.
Orders are shipped the day after. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. When you place an order on holidays, it will be shipped next business day. When shipping within Canada, shipping times vary from 2 days to 7 days.
In case of International shipping please remember to allow time for customs clearance. Any duties and/or taxes due at customs are the full responsibility of the buyer. Please remember you may be contacted upon arrival of your package to make a payment.
We have no control for delays related to weather or acts of God.

These fees are when buying 1 item. For every additional item you buy, there will be a charge of $3.00
Incorrect Address
In case a parcel arrives to an incorrect address or does not exist, we will contact you for a correction in order to reship. We will charge your credit card a fee of $9.99 for this mistake. It is your responsibility to enter the correct address, please check it carefully.
Return Policy
We will not accept item returns that were not discussed with us first via e-mail. You can do so within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. A refund is possible. In order to get one you will have to provide the merchandise undamaged and in its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item adequately back to us. We will not refund or exchange an item if it gets damaged because it was badly packaged. In case the item you ordered is not the correct size, we could exchange it but you will pay a new shipping. If we sent the wrong size, we would not charge you a new shipping. All exchanges depend on the stock of our inventory. We can not guarantee to have the size you require. In order to avoid a situation in which Mi Corazoncito does not have a size you require, we recommend that you check the Size Chart before placing your order or simply contact us before.
