Currency
Please note that all prices shown on this online shop are in US Dollars. If you prefer to make payment in Canadian Dollars, just contact us and we will send you a new invoice.
Taxes
All sales in the province of Quebec are subject to GST (5%) and QST (9.5%)
Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick provinces are subject to the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
All other orders in Canada are subject to 5% GST
There are no taxes applied to sales outside of Canada.
Shipping
We use Canada Post Service and there are two delivery options: Standard and Expedited Service.
Orders are shipped the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. When you place an order on holidays, it will be shipped the next business day. Shipping time vary from 2 business days to 7 business days within Canada.
For international orders, out of Canada, please remember to allow time for customs clearance. Any duties and/or taxes due at customs are the full responsibility of the buyer. You may be contacted upon arrival of your package to make a payment. Usually, shipping time to the States vary from 10 to 14 business days (standard service).
We have no control for delays related to weather or acts of God.
Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are as follows:
Canada: Standard $5.00, Expedited $15.00
USA: Standard $5.00, Expedited $15.00
Rest of the World: Standard 10.00, Expedited $30.00
For every additional item, there is a charge of $2.00.
Incorrect Address
In case a parcel arrives to an incorrect address or does not exist, we will contact you for a correction in order to reship it. We will charge your credit card a fee of $9.99 for this mistake. It is your responsibility to enter the correct address, please check it carefully.
Return Policy
We will not accept item returns that were not discussed with us first via e-mail. You can do so within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. A refund is possible. In order to get one you will have to provide the merchandise undamaged and in its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item adequately back to us. We will not refund or exchange an item if it gets damaged because it was badly packaged. If we sent the wrong size, we would not charge you a new shipping. All exchanges depend on the stock of our inventory. We cannot guarantee to have the size you require. In order to avoid a situation in which Mi Corazoncito does not have the size you need, we recommend that you check our size chart before placing your order or simply contact us.
